I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master’s degree in Nursing from SUNY Upstate Medical University. With over 20 years of nursing experience across diverse healthcare settings, including 4 years as a PMHNP, I bring a comprehensive understanding of patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration. I provide compassionate, patient-centered care through active listening, evidence-based medication management, psychotherapy, and practical strategies.
